Tea in the Bay on a Saturday Afternoon

As our mild winter breezes by, today was sunny and vibrant day in the bay of Geneva Lake.  My tea of choice was the Ti Kwan Yin, steeped up a nice dark green leaf, aromatic of a grassy nose. Hearty swirl with mild, but semi stringent finish on the tongue; Real yummy accompanying Gluten Free Lemon Square. Met up with friends from past and past past, fun catching up.  Working on my Continuous Brew of KT, its very interesting so far, and the primary ingredient is... you guessed if you said tea.  More to follow.
