The tea thats not a tea with bubbles

Hello tea lovers,

As the summer approaches, the new beverage craze has to be bubble tea.  Discovered in Taiwan, this drink sensation has sugar, milk, tea or flavoring and fun to chew tapioca pearls that are all sipped thru a fat straw.  Most popular flavors are watermelon, cantaloupe, chai and mango. They also have bursting pearls with spritz of orange, strawberry or mango.  Asian restaurants are serving this beverage as an aperitif after the meal, and it can be served hot or cold.  Try it when you come across it, or better yet let your children try it.
